is a town located in Arida District, in central Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. It was established on January 1, 2006, by the merger of the towns of Kanaya, Kibi and Shimizu, all from Arida District. As of May 1, 2013, those towns had a combined population of 26,574 and an area of 351.77 km2. == Geography == Aridagawa is situated nearly in the centre of Wakayama prefecture, and Aridagawa river runs through the town. * Mountains: Mt.
